In the post fight press conference after his eight round knockout of Sergey Kovalev in June, IBF, WBA, WBO light heavyweight champion Andre Ward stated that he was interested in moving up to the cruiserweight division or possibly even the heavyweight division. Stevenson has proven to be the ducker. He hasn't demanded a real fight with a live dog, at least not seriously. Charging Kovalev in the ring while telling his entourage to hold him back was all for show. Stevenson will look for a Fonfara trilogy before he ever gets in the ring with any of the top guys at 175 to include Ward.

This would be an interesting fight but I got Ward by UD if it happens.

Got Ward by KO. That right hand on Kova's chin has just as much power as Stevenson's punch on Bellew. If Makabu could land and floor Bellew, best believe Ward stops Bellew.
