Any other fighter? Such as? Truth is, Pac has shown no signs that he has ever ducked an opponent. The guy who has stepped up to bigger and stronger opponents his entire career is now suddenly ducking Jeff Horn who got a gift?

Whatever reasons Pac has for not fighting him in November are likely two things--his responsibilities as a Senator, or money/venue/contract issues. They are not issues of the heart or because he is afraid of Jeff Horn. Especially when you consider he beat the guy and got robbed.

In recent memory, Ward was accused of ducking Kovalev in a rematch. He never showed any signs of ducking anyone either. You seemed surprised anyone is accusing Pacquiao when like I said this a common occurrence on this site. I just don't get why he should be exempt. Just like Ward, everyone should wait to see what the reasoning is but fans will make up their own minds especially when they're saying he is pulling out of the fight.

In a perfect world Spence and Horn would use this opportunity to unify. Both a young, hungry lions, both are champions, both are available and have no dance partner lined up.
