White Americans in Boxing and MMA

I'm tired of people saying that white Americans can't fight! Yeah, Rocky Marciano was Italian, and yeah, Stipe Miocic is Croatian, but we got lots of other good fighters! What about Paulie Malignaggi, Chris Algiere and Butterbean?

And before boxing became an international sport, before black Americans started to properly participate, white Americans were actually the best boxers in the world!

Europe may have Klitschko, McGregor, Miocic, Marciano, Froch, Kessler, Calzaghe, Lomachenko, etc., but truly, the best white fighters are always from America!

(This was not meant as trolling, merely stating the obvious so someone hopefully can explain to me WHY white Americans are so bad at fighting. And don't give me that **** about "they don't box as much as black Americans", lol, Denmark is a tiny European country with barely 6 million people, and they have Kessler, who is better than any white American ever was).

Honestly, McGregor is a better boxer than any white American. He has already destroyed Malignaggi, if he also destroys Algieri, then McGregor has proven to be superior to any white American man.

Most of the managers, promoters, network execs; basically the majority of the suits are white men. You know the ones making the real money? As the sport opened up to the "**********" the white men moved out of the ring and into the boardroom. Why take punches in the head for pay, when you can get others to do it for you?

I'm talking about the fighters, not the business men. Why are white Americans so bad at fighting? White Europeans are good at business too, but they're good fighters at the same time. White Europeans can be both, but white Americans can't?

Who fucking cares? I just want to see Americans do well, I don't care less what color their skin is. The only race is human anyway. People just happen to have different skin colors, just like they have different hair or eye colors. It's just an utterly meaningless physical characteristic.

White Americans aren't poor enough to risk their lives boxing. THey do wrestle, which is why you see more in MMA.

In the U.S. at least, boxing gyms are placed in the POOREST of neighborhoods. COICIDENCE?????NO. Their the only people desperate enough to box for money lol

Are you seriously claiming that Mikael Kessler is better than Willie Pepe, Benny Leonard, Tony Canzoneri, Jake Lamotta, Carmen Basillio, and the ton of great White American boxers there were in the early to mid 20th century?

But as of your post above: boxing back then was largely segregated in the U.S., and you know that... (not to mention the influence of the mobsters in the sport)...

That's kind of true, but Lamotta & Basillio both beat Sugar Ray Robinson, when that meant something.
