LOL IBF is hilarious.

Looking this guy up he's got a 8 fight win streak going on since losing in 2015 to Ricky Sismundo & 2 of those 8 opponents were making there pro debut & one was 0-1. And 7 of those 8 fights were 8 rounders. I don't think you should even be ranked if you are still fighting 8 rounders.

These are the guys who apply to the IBF to become ranked. Why do you think Porter hasn't been ranked by the IBF since he lost the belt? Because after that he said he wasn't going to go the IBF route anymore. They can only rank the guys who petition them be be ranked.
