Unlike Conor, Aldo has Zero charisma, he is boring, and he'll do just as bad as Conor in the ring. He would maybe be competitive against a C level fighter, but who wants to see that...

Aldo is more skilled than McGregor he's no one trick pony like McGregor despite how that fluke ko looks.

Aldo is doing it the right way hooking up with a top trainer in Robert Garcia and word is he's sparring Mikey soon.

People care, whether boxing fans want to admit it or not.

              Not a problem really

Aldo has 4 fights left, so line him up against 4 killers (preferably against guys who could beat him, in the UFC's mind).

Max Holloway, Cub Swanson (on a four-fight win streak), Frankie Edgar, and whatever young hotshot coming along [to time things out to maximize the effect, I'd have him fight Holloway fight first, and if he were to win, still have three shots to beat him; if he loses, you could still have the Frankie Edgar fight and then on to Cub Swanson or the young fighter].

White has seen a business model (with the way Haymon/Showtime run things, and Eddie Hearn does a pretty stellar job in the UK) where he can do right by his company and the fighter.

Let Aldo try out boxing, if that's what he wants to do; he's all of 30 years old anyway.

As a side benefit, if the UFC does right by Aldo on his way out, he's likely to come right back to the UFC if boxing doesn't actually pan out for him.

Aldo's take down defense is Arguably the best in MMA. His stand used to be deadly, but something happened with his knee to where he rarely leg kicks anymore. I feel like he is really working on his boxing so he can help his MMA game.

Seen the footage of him sparring mickey recently.

He's actually developing really good and I'd rather see him box anybody than watch McGregor box ever again.

Ufc fighters will see how much money conor actually made soon. And they will all want to box.
But. Big problem. Mayweather is not fighting anyone again. This fight was big because of floyd. No other boxer could genrate this type of attention. People have been obsessed with seeing floyd lose since the de la hoya fight.
If conor is "best in class" when it comes to ufc fighters boxing...save it.
Boxers cant do ufc and ufc fightets cant do boxing.
