Let's be honest- Jacobs was the first decent guy GGG fought in his career, and GGG lost that fight by 1-2 rounds. The later rounds were embarrassing for GGG.

Jacobs showed us what GGG's upper limit is. He showed that GGG is not super man. He showed that when a good fighter actually punches back, GGG doesn't like it and looks ordinary.

Canelo is an elite p4p fighter, and is far better than Jacobs. He is going to embarrass GGG, possibly KO him.

It was a close fight that could have gone either way. In a way it did expose Golovkin to the ******s that believed the hype. It showed he wasn't this unbeatable monster and ATG fighter.

The only problem was Golovkin's ramrod jab that he used to outpoint him. Larry Holmes used his jab to control a lot of fighters and outpoint them. Arguably the jab could be the most important punch in boxing.
