    Horn got his alphabet belt via hometown scoring. Wouldn't be surprised to see a cupcake "title defense" at home in November.

                WBO shouldn't hold the title up for Pacquiao *** NO! They're the only organization who still rank him he should NOT be trying to hold Belts Hostage! Pacquiao is bigger than any Belt he should be making Big Fights ONLY not chasing a ***ing WBO Belt
