This is just sad, all the top cage fighters want to become boxers and the shot boxers want to roll around with those ****s because they cant take a punch any longer.

Why he can learn and compete the same as anyone else.

I say go for it Andre if that's what you would like to do more power to you.

He would have a better chin and harder punch than most of them his size, we just seen how it converts when the baddest UFC man on the planet cant bruise a g**** on a boxer half his size.

Berto would have probably took Connor out quicker than Floyd because he would go for KO straight up.

In the cage with 4 ounce good boxers are going to have huge power in their fists.

Berto seems well known with the casuals, I see him on TMZ sports quite a lot. Maybe it would be a good move for him..

He could probably be successful though if he puts all the effort in and trains in all the different disciplines. We'll just have to wait and see how this plays out.
From my understanding Berto grew up training in all of the disciplines, and has continued to keep up his skills for fun.

If any boxer had a chance at crossing over, he would probably high up there in the list.

What actual experience does he have doe? My cousin is a doctor, but I ain't trying to perform no surgery.

Anyone know if he trains in other non-boxing disciplines? Spars with family members in non-boxing fighting styles? Does he grapple, wrestle or do BJJ?

I would like to see a decent boxer closer to their prime than Toney was give MMA a shot. It's not that uncommon for boxers to have dabbled in a bit of kickboxing before and I think some of the Eastern European guys have some basic wrestling training too
