it was low. most of the shot landed below belt line. how low blows work is even if a portion of your glove lands below the belt line it could be legally called a low blow by a referee at his discretion. it was definitely a low blow and mayweather simply reacted and acted to get a response from the ref which is what you're supposed to do. but in reality he wasn't hurt by it low blow or not
