Near enough anyone can punch hard when standing in front of a stationary target or a target that is moving your way at a speed you can time.

Connor's problem is that he cannot generate power smoothly. Lacks the balance and technique of a boxer.

He was trying hard but he had zero technic. I know he isn't a boxer but I was still expecting Conor to throw harder shots, did he even spar enough rounds with proper boxers? Did he even bring in boxing trainers for this fight? He was getting nailed everytime he does that switching angles crap, he thought that was giving angles? The way he throw punches was worse than those Olympic amateur boxers, he was lucky he was in there in someone who was already retired and done, someone like Lomachenko would have destroyed him within 4 rounds. And am talking about the amateur version of Loma.

Joe Rogan is the stereotypical meathead devoid of much intelligence. He claims to be a boxing fan but you only have to watch a few minutes of his podcasts to realize the guy is clueless.

Schaub is even more clueless, the guy was an awful fighter and even worse pundit.

If you want a few laughs type in Brendan Schaub highlights on youtube.

But yea Joe actually is a big boxing fan does it the sport justice with his admiration he's been showing for Loma and others recently on his podcast. Schaub is what you call a Mcgregor fan in the the most derogatory way possible. He really makes UFC/MMA look like ****. On the Podcast today he said how he couldn't watch the ending of MayvsCon fight because it was too hard to watch (he was a Showtime broadcaster ffs) and that he didn't watch Rocky movies.

Hes not that big of a boxing fan. He might watch some fights but Ive listened to him talk and he doesnt know chit about boxing at all.

I might watch some MMA matches every blue moon. If I tried to hold a podcast on it Im sure I would say a lot of embarrassing things and technically wrong things. Thats joe rogan with boxing.

He tried to throw hard shots in rounds 1-2 but after that he was just pitty patting trying to create openings. Was a mistake and just tired himself out.

He should have kept waiting for a big counter. Wasn't gonna beat floyd at a game of slap boxing/pitty patting.
