Which is a joke considering how big Connor is and punching rep he had, can you imagine somebody like Canelo GGG Kovalez etc in 4 once gloves, I swear they would kill them wide open MMA guys.

No it's different. Conor can throw those ultra fast arm punches in MMA with smaller gloves and hurt people. Boxing punches are more powerful but take longer and you turn your body into them. If you miss you are wide open for longer for a take down. Also in MMA its very hard to block punches on gloves. Different sports, different skills.

Paulie himself said during the commentary that Conor didn't have the ring skills yet to leverage his punches, and now he's changing it to he can't punch! Of course he can punch and has power too, in the UFC. And he did land a very solid punch at one point that would have dropped the likes of Khan and who knows who else. Very underrated aspect of Mayweather's game is his chin.
