Both fighters did this for obvious financial reasons. Floyd was missing a lot and got countered in the beginning of the fight. Conor doesn't have cardio and floyd exploited that like any top fighter would. Floyd himself already addressed his age and he definitely looked his age last night. End of story!

I agree. Muhammed Ali is the greatest NAME in boxing. That name was immortalized by not only the things he did inside the ring, but also outside the ring. Lots of politics were involved in that. Ali also was a great character. That contributed greatly to his acclaim as well.

Aint Floyd like 40 and been retired for two years? Of course he loses to every top-level fighter currently, same as most guys from his era.

lol, this "only lost because he got tired" excuse is so childish. You don't, by chance, think he got tired because Floyd was working the body and snapping his head back repeatedly? People act like stamina is some random factor that victimises fighters. No, it represents the quality of the fighter as well as the punishment he's talking.

Connor took an ass beating and all the fouling in the world didn't save him here. There are fools who think he had a chance and even bigger fools who think he looked good last night.

Floyd wasn't missing a lot. Landed 53% of his punches. Very accurate at the end, when he walked Conor down.

floyd's accuracy at the end was good because conor was out and was just a punching bag.

It was a Money Grab strictly about THE MONEY! McGregor Personality got him that fight! Maybe other fighters should really take note. If it was another boxer generating like McGregor was with the UFC then yeah maybe he would've came back for a boxer and not a UFC Figher

Conor did extremely well and better than most people thought he could. The debating here is pretty pathetic actually. There's a reason the fight was viewed as a mismatch from the moment it was signed , for a guy who never boxed professionally to learn the sport in a few months and go a hard 12 rounds is almost impossible. The surprising thing was how well Conor looked early and how uncomfortable Floyd looked. And Conor's biggest enemy was essentially his endurance it wasn't necessarily a skill gap even though there's a big skill gap. Floyd walking down a guy who is dead tired is not really an impressive feat at that point , the outcome was inevitable as soon as Conor looked visibly tired which was around the 5/6th round

                      Wrong again.
I've said numerous times on here today that Floyd did NOT look good in there. He looked old and faded, but still put a beating on a 2 division champion combat athlete. Guy, don't let your Floyd hate make a fool of you.

Now, do you want to give me more opportunities to clown you or are you done for today?
