If that was an ass whooping, Cotto need to do 5 years for what he did to Kamegai.

You're a 23 year liar. This stoppage isn't anyway near "the worst"...you came on here to post some complete bull****.

Just say you didn't like it. All that stuff youre saying is bull****. The guy was getting hit in the head and hadn't returned a shot for about 70 seconds. Just before the stoppage he fell on Mayweather and grabbed the ropes with two hands to hold himself up. It was a fair stoppage. Cut the childish **** out. The circus is over now.

they could have stopped it a round earlier. Didn't shock me at all, only thing people are pissed about is the entertaining factor of a ****y Mcgregor being made to look like a ***** being teed off on. I wanted to see more of a beating but the ref was professional and stopped it because he couldn't defend himself.

i mean he could of done the same old boring score points crap and besides its funny seeing mcgregor fans make excuses and play their morale victory cards. dont think anyone is bragging more then just putting naive mcgregor fans back in their lane.

If was pretty similar actually. Cotto just got started earlier and was actually trying to box. Whereas Mayweather was just walking forward in a peekaboo style and throwing shots. He wasn't using much head movement and I don't think we saw the shell once.

when does he land a liver shot? He hit him with a right hook to the balls but even if you think it landed the liver is on the otherside of the body buddy - hence left hook to the body being a significant punch in boxing.

I have Hardly ever seen anyone stopped by a right to the body on the high level, outside of Jones hitting Virgil - but that looked like he popped a kidney more than anything.

umm what? the shot landed on the left side of mayweather's body, the liver is on the right side. mayweather was complaining that mcgregor punched him in his thigh (which i assume gave him a charlie horse) which is why he looked unsteady for a minute as his leg went limp.

byrd ruled it a low blow, whether it was or not can be determined on replay. he wasnt just telling mcgregor to stop for nothing. either way it most definitely was not a liver shot.

the stoppage was fine, if a punch causes a guy to stumble across the run needing the ropes to keep him up then he's clearly one. on top of that he was taking clean blows to the head without answering. nevermind that he wasn't throwing back for over a minute while taking huge shots, he couldnt even raise his arms up to defend himself. it's about time to stop the fight if the other guy can't defend himself and eats clean punches to the head for a minute straight.

byrd gave him a chance already, mcgregor was getting worked over in the 9th but he let him go back to his corner to regroup. conor came out in the 10th and started taking an even worse beating so the fight gets stopped. you cant just take punches for a minute straight with your arms down while using the ropes to keep you upright then complain when the ref stops the fight.

I also think the stoppage was early, but because I believe that grown men who sign the contracts should give us the bloodshed we deserve.

The outcome would have been no different, results-wise.
