So you finally understand do you dumbss?

I think the likelihood of him doing what Hops did is slim to none. Assuming he wins this fight I think there is a solid chance he will move up at some point in his career. I don't see him moving up past 168lbs, I think that is the limit.

But this post and previous posts were about what he will do as much as it is to show that at this given point in his career he and Hopkins have a lot of similarities. Both guys lacked a career defining fight. Both guys heard they fought weak competition and were in a weak division (and there was definitely truth about it) Hops got is career defining fight with Tito and now Golovkin gets it with Canelo. What Golovkin does with it, we will see.

      RJJ was not prime.
Coming off the loss to Green, he fought Hopkins and then it was a year before he fought again. When RJJ fought Hopkins he was 41 years old. That's not prime. Are you daft or something?

Johnson didn't have a career before the Hopkins fight. His biggest fight before that was a 10 rounder vs Sam Garr. Yes, Johnson went off to fight many fights after that. His career from then was almost a 1/1. But that career also included fights like against Aaron Norwood.

If someone thinks he's overrated so be it, we'll get a chance to see if that is the case on 9/16. I don't get mad about opinions, everyone has one.

What bugs are haters like you who spout off nonsense, who lack common sense. Who can't look at the past and see how that compares to guys today. Haters are losers. They're the guys who never accomplished crap in their own life and sit around trying to tear down athletes they don't like because their life is pathetic. It is one thing to be critical we all do that, the hater is just an emotional btch. Sorry Corky you know I have you figured out.

You missed that they fought earlier in their careers. Hopkins wasn't actually at his prime yet and RJJ was just about at his peak or right there. This wasn't a mega fight at the time. It would be kind of like the fight between Danny Jacobs and Dmitry Pirog if a few things with those two had been different.

Let's say Pirog doesn't hurt his back and becomes one of the best MWs. Jacobs recovers from that loss and let's say he beats Golovkin. Now both guys are at the top of the game. No one would have realized that their fight from a few years ago had been as truly big as it was.

Seriously...the guy has 37 ****in fights and ONE B level fighter on his resume, and a ww... I've only said what was true about him...he is a hypejob...he stepped up from C level competition and didn't look very good. Idk why that's so hard for you to understand. It's not hate when it's truth.

Dumbass? Again...you asked, WHO DID HE FIGHT AT 160! There's no shame in losing to an atg...you wouldn't know though since golovkin's next opponent will be a ******ed paraplegic instead of a felon on house arrest.

Corky, I know you are probably still trying to get a GED but what you are stating is simply an opinion not a truth. Everything you are spouting off is simply your opinion. That's fine. Every fool is entitled to one.

Good luck Corky on passing the GED this time. You aren't the sharpest tool in the shed but with a little more effort I'm sure you'll pass on this 10th retake.
