    McGregor with better stamina

So, can we all agree that if McGregor had better stamina, he could actually be a very succesfull boxer? The guy is a natural when it comes to fighting, striking moreso than grappling. After one more year of professional boxing training, I think McGregor would be 50-50 against Erislandy Lara.

Conor clearly has tremendous talent and great physical gifts. It's very obvious to anyone who has a brain. With that said stamina is a huge issue and clearly he doesn't punch nearly as effective as a pure boxer can. I see no doubt if he had trained years ago to be a boxer he could actually be a top fighter in the sport.

During the first 3 rounds, I actually realized that his unorthodox background is what could turn into his biggest advantage as a boxer. If he started training exclusively for boxing now, his weird fighting style, if perfected in a boxing gym, would make him a nightmare for many opponents, especially with his southpaw stance considered. You can't learn to fight like McGregor in a boxing gym, it's just too "out-of-the-gym".

          What McGregor needs is experience.

He needs to fights a par of 6 rounders then a bunch of 10 rounders and maybe a title shot for his 7th/8th bout.

McGregor would improve his stamina management and how to manage to win a boxing match.

What seperated Connor and Floyd were 50 fights.

The fact that McGregor was younger and bigger couldn't help.

          Floyd still has tremendous stamina.

McGregor showed some of the gifts he has as MMA fighter but it doesn't translate well in boxing. I would imagine his best weight would be 160. It's hard to believe he would get a way with some of the things he was getting away with current MWs who has a lot more power than Mayweather and could match him in reach. Someone like Curtis Stevens or Lemieux would have put him to sleep in 2 rounds.

                Conor has no POWER

                No stamina

                Horrible punch technique

He got stopped by a 40 year old man who isnt known for knockouts, a man who stood in the pocket from the opening bell, a much smaller man

Now imagine Conor facing a real 154 or someone like Canelo, what happens? lights out is what happens

Conor needs to go back to MMA

His straight left was passable at best, otherwise his "striking" is mediocre in 8oz gloves.
