Floyd actually had respect for Manny and other fighters which is why he fought those guys with defense and being more cautious not taking any risks content just winning a decision and not taking shots. He had no respect for Mcgregor power or skill so he did something we ain't seen over a decade being aggressive come forward taking risks to knock this clown out and that's what he did. At 40 years old no less. Early rounds Mcgregor was awkward and refused to take chances and come after floyd. So floyd adjusted and took the fight to him and had that bytch running from floyd from about the 5th round on and knocked out.

Conor said he would knock out Floyd within four rounds, so although impressed by his skills early on, very disappointed he didn't really go for the ko. He looked like he could hurt n knock Mayweather down, who incidentally looked worse than he ever has and a great time to retire. Floyd ended officially undefeated, truthfully defeated (Castillo), and highest paid ever.
