"The similarities between McGregor and Hatton are more than just the accent, the brash demeanor and the countrywide support."

Dublin and Manchester accents sound similar to some people?

    Really?

Whatever success McGregor has tomorrow, it'll come through his will and intensity -- it won't come through his boxing skill. I want to see how he translates his special intensity to boxing when his options on what he can do and how he can set it up are cut. I can hardly imagine how he'll connect with the left when it's so telegraphed, when he lunges, when his chin is out. It's a recipe for disaster, so long as Floyd is up for the fight.

To All true boxing fans!!! Time to unite regardless of colour or class!!. its time to back our man Floyd!!! Whether you love or hate him he's representing the sport we all love!!! This is a threat to our sport!!! The sweet science is in a fragile state and a win for McGregor could surely be the nail in the coffin for our beloved discipline.

Boxing is a science, an art. Floyd has a PHD, Conor hasn't taken a class. Relax.

Will and intensity are no match for skill and experience. I can already see Conor is a face fighter, meaning he has no jab, and he's a head hunter, he has no body attack. He's giving up too many advantages.

                  His punches actually hurt
He’s really, really, difficult to hit
Yeah, you can see the look of shock in their faces when they're first touched
