Comments Thread For: Hugo Centeno With Brutal One-Punch Knockout of Aleem

Middleweight hopeful Hugo Centeno took a big step forward just two fights after losing his undefeated mark. In victory, he got to pass the lesson along to someone else. The 26-year old Centeno (26-1, 14 KO), 158 , of Oxnard, California, needed only a single left hook to end the night for a no longer undefeated 23-year old Immanuwel Aleem (17-1-1, 10 KO), 158 , of Richmond, ******ia. The referee was Gerald Ritter.

Wow, didn't see that coming. I was pulling for Aleem since hes from the area. After Centeno's performance against Sulecki I questioned if he had the hunger; he looked listless in that fight. Couple that performance with Aleem's gritty victory against Khytrov, I figured Immanuel would prevail. I was wrong. Brutal kayo and cong**** to Hugo. He's right back there in the picture.

Massive upset. Aleem looked like he was going to put the division on notice after beating Khytrov. This is a setback.

                    Hugo Centeno is Comback

I was disappointed with Hugo Centeno after he suffered a TKO; but, now he come back and upset with that counter Aleem and putting him in to sleep in the process. I am glad Hugo Centeno put the 160 lbs on notice and make a statement.
