If you really do dig Tank you'd know that's not his only style!

He can fight off the backfoot as well and play the cat n mouse game too!

He can feint with it and use his jab or be on the defensive to get his counters going!

He only bulls his way in once he knows he don't need to conserve energy or if his opponents don't have a big punch!

With Mikey it will be chess and some explosive chess since both can KO each other!

Mikey would win of course right now but in a few years the odds will be different!

You think this midget stands a chance with Mikey now or ever? lol He is only 5'3 and his team was protecting him from the top guys at 130. We don't even know how much his power will translate at 135 hell he didn't prove much at 130 but now you think he beats Mikey who has ALREADY proven he's a devastating puncher at 135, is much bigger and skilled already has beaten top fighters on his resume just beat broner at 147. Mikey will likely finish his career at god damn welterweight. We can clown Broner all we want but he'd kill Davis and has only lost to top fighters at 140 and up.

If Davis team was afraid of Loma they will NEVER put him in with a beast like Mikey who would abuse this midget. I don't even see Davis beating any of the top 135lbers right now Mikey, Linares, Easter all stomp him out. His lack of height and all the weight problems this early on when they got the training wheels on him is not a good sign for his career.

Well he was at one point in line to be facing Salido so maybe he figured if his opponent was gonna come in over he may as well do the same, then the opponent turned out to be Fonseca and it was too late to get down in time. Seriously doe if this is just a result of poor dedication for this one fight that's a shame, but at least if he can get to 130 next time it's better for his career. Because I don't know if his body type will do well going up in weight. It feels like someone like Easter would look 2 weight classes above him if they fought. Davis-Shafikov would be a real war though I'd enjoy seeing that.

But IDK. Floyd is 40, coming from 2 years off, and still seems so dedicated and determined. Tank is around a guy like that a lot and still can't at least control his eating/training enough to make weight? Maybe he's just outgrown the division and won't ever be able to get back down healthily.
