I couldn't pretty much blame him. Undoubtedly he stands to lose several $Mil dollars from his Canelo vs Golovkin card. Because the average consumer is not going to shell out another $75 - $100 for another Pay Per View in less than a month's time.

Oscar only has himself to blame however. He should have scheduled this event several months prior to the May/Mac card, rather than just 3 weeks away from it. He had over twenty one months to get that fight done but refused; Now he is going pay dearly for not doing it.

LOL it's a tough one but I would have to say Oscar even though Paulie's had more limelight and talked a lot more. Oscar's like a bitter ex GF who just won't let it go no matter what. You'd think he was a silly little kid not a legend in the sport.
