floyd didnt drop any weight for the weigh in because if he was weigth dropping he would never go over by 5 pounds. that makes no sense. now he might use an iv to gain more mass after the weigh in but that is clearly illegal and what he did against pac. exemption time!!!

what most don't understand is Floyd is just not a big person even the tale of the tape was wrong Flloyd is 5'7""... he walks around @ 155... tomorrow he'll be fighting a guy around 180 ... boxing needs to have some Regulation as far as how much a fighter can weigh after a weigh-in...no more than, say 7%...

It's not universal yet, but one of the sanctioning bodies does it. I forget which one. History tells us that typically once one stationing body implements a rule, the other ones tend to follow.
