Honestly, I pity all of you who are just now realizing Castillo is a dirty Mexican. He's been throwing low blows for 12 rounds as long as I can remember. Watch the 2nd fight against Mayweather. Castillo gets warned several times, and Mayweather is about to throw a fit by the late rounds. Watch the Casamayor fight. Watch ANY Castillo fight.

hey no prob. i don't care much either. i was just posting what i had read to add more of a perspective from a financial point of view.

although, i do think it sucks that diego lost his purse $ because of the other fighter's problems.

The WBC says that Castillo never made the weight targets when they visited him twice during training months and weeks before this fight. They told both Arum and Shaw about it and they didn't seem to care enough to cancel the fight before it came to yesterdays debacle. The blame just doesn't lie with Castillo. Arum was probably telling him Corrales would hopefully agree to fight anyway, just like last time. Now Arum is pretending he doesn't know anything, what a surprise.
All of the blame doesn't lie with Castillo, there's plenty to go around, especially where Shaw, Arum and Showtime are concerend.

corrales didnt want to go on with the fight, so why complain about not gettting paid? you fight, you get paid

y the hell should the responsobility fall on corrales for this. this is one of the worst posts ever. after last time when he got knocked out, he knows castillio CAN (not necisarily will, but can) beat him. so y should corrales give him a
5 lb handicap to begin with. castillio should just b happy coralles accepted one of the two fights.
