Haymon's guys aren't being protected (just Stevenson). They're fighting any name they can get. Even Davis has had two good opponents for his last two fights. He's only 22 and has already beat an internationally decorated professional title holder, and took on a challenger in his backyard in the UK. That's not easy to do at that age.

I don't think he's answering the questions about Loma right (makes him look bad), but he's been putting in great work so far. Most people on this thread claimed the Pedraza fight was too soon for him. Now y'all try to act like it was a cherry pick. Can't have it both ways.

Stevenson is a unique case of not wanting to challenge himself. Facts show everybody else out there is taking risk or trying to. (There are guys like Wilder and Linares that we could argue about)
You might as well save your keystrokes! Some people see what they want to see. GGG and Loma have consistently fought low risk fighters, but people believe it's because of "the other guys" in their weight divisions. Geronta Davis is only 22, went into the UK and bullied Walsh, yet he's protected. Spence Jr. just went to the UK and bullied Brook, yet Haymon is the problem! Thurman just fought Porter and Danny Garcia, but the PBC doesn't match their guys! Mikey Garcia faces Zlaticanin and Broner in the same year! Wins both in good fashion! Yet some will say "he's ducking Loma!" Wilder called out for Joshua ASAP! Yet, I guess it's his fault AJ is fighting Pulev? It is what it is!

I mean what more to expect. Stevenson has became the most irrelevant cherry picking champ in boxing. I don't even think he will fight Alvarez. Dudes getting old to

this is a totally disorganized division the fights that should and need to happen don't because no one is pressuring the fighters to make the matches and that falls down to the not the promoters the boxing organizations if they're champions don't fight the number one or mandatory contenders it's totally in the promoters hands and that's wrong...
