You're a tough crowd, wouldn't like to throw you a surprise birthday party
Batting and Manfredy were C-rate fighters and in over theur heads. One sided beatings are not exciting. Augustus with his 16 losses was no world beater either. Maybe you are just easily entertained.

I don't really pay attention to a fighters record when assessing wether a fight is entertaining.

Augustus v Ward is one of most exciting fights I've seen and how many losses have they got between them.

The may v Augustus wasn't a mismatch, floyd was an up and comer and it was an entertaining competitive scrap. Those 16 losses don't accurately reflect his skill set anyway in my opinion and I don't think they're relevant to the point you're trying to make.

Pac was the one that always threw lots of punches. He was the one who always moved in and back out at lots of awkward angles. He was the one that was supposed to be different from all of Floyd's other foes and not let Floyd shut down his offense.

But in the end he proved to be innefectual and just another guy that couldn't solve the MayVinci code. Hell, even Maidana put up a better effort.

Once Floyd clocked him with those right hands in the first round you could almost see the fog of confusion descend over Manny's face. He was like "What the hell am I in the ring with?"
Floyd Is not right and deserves just as much blame as Pacquiao, especially considering he said the following.

“Everyone talks about the money, the money, the money,” Mayweather said. “I want the fight to live up to its magnitude. That’s what it’s really about.”

“Floyd Mayweather is going to try and take Manny Pacquiao’s head off,” said Mayweather’s promoter, Leonard Ellerbe. “You can count on that happening. He’ll do it in a manner where he follows a game plan, but Floyd Mayweather is looking to finish him off and I strongly believe that will happen.”

“I’ve never wanted to win a fight this bad in my life,” Mayweather said.

Hopefully Conor tries to win and doesn't just cruise to a us loss like Manny did.

Yep, he said all that and yet he wouldn't engage a one-armed Pac who was chasing him all night. He fought the same run-jab-clinch that he's been using to win his entire career. I don't see the Conor fight being much different. Floyd will circle right and left, jab and land a straight right pot shot. 35 punches per round. Conor will get tired, frustrated, and either quit or get stopped before the end of the 6th round. Casuals around the world will be crying about how it wasn't worth the money and feel ripped off...never learning their lesson when it comes to a Mayweather PPV.

I agree 100%. Look for Mcgregor to most likely quit from exhaustion/frustration between the 5th and 7th round. The Floyd fanatics on this site will praise him for the win like It was a major accomplishment beating a guy who got his boxing license 3 months ago. Was there one Instance In the Pacquiao fight where Floyd actually attempted to follow through with what he claimed he would do?
