i watched floyd canelo the other day and its a fun fight lots of skill involved, and punches to the face. watch it again and youll say okay, that was fun

I watched it the first time, that was enough for me. An entire bar full of Floyd fans were even disappointed.

Gatti and Corrales...thanks for making my point. Two, flat-footed brawlers whose styles were tailor made for Floyd. Floyd himself said Gatti was a C-rate fighter before fighting him, yet his fans want to brag about that win. It doesn't take a defensive genius to outbox either of those two. And, to further prove my point, neither Gatti or Corrales were elite level fighters.

First im not a fan of Floyd. Second that wasnt your argument. Your argument was that he never has been entertaining in 49 fights which you just admitted was a lie since you acknoledge that it was entertaining cause they were flat footed.

I want to see Floyd be aggressive in this fight he needs this to be exciting otherwise it could be a bad look for him to be in a boring fight that many consider to be a circus anyway. I expect him to take more chances than normal because Connor is there to be hit!!

Guys there's only 352 seats left on ticketmaster...the fight is damn near sold out. I don't think Floyd is worried about sales or anything. The truth of the matter is, he knows that he is fighting an inferior opponent, who doesn't protect himself when throwing punches. Floyd is arguably one of the greatest counter punchers in the history of the sport. McGregor will pay, and pay punishingly. His sloppiness alone will make this look like a PBF vs Gatti fight from the opening round.

Money May is going to knock him out. McGregor is coming to kill or be killed, I can't seem him being as cautious as Pacquiao ended up being. Manny felt the pressure and the magnitude of the fight too much and ended up losing almost every round. Conor knows even if he gets KO'd his stock is going to go up regardless so he's going to go all out unlike Manny who failed to live up to expectations and make it a fight. Which is why it ended up being boring.

What sort of twisted logic is that? So they were flat-footed, thus that made the fights entertaining? Sorry, but a one-sided beat down of a shot and outclassed Gatti is not entertaining. Floyd is right, he gets the blame for the Pacquiao fight but Manny deserves more of it.

Pac was the one that always threw lots of punches. He was the one who always moved in and back out at lots of awkward angles. He was the one that was supposed to be different from all of Floyd's other foes and not let Floyd shut down his offense.

But in the end he proved to be innefectual and just another guy that couldn't solve the MayVinci code. Hell, even Maidana put up a better effort.

Once Floyd clocked him with those right hands in the first round you could almost see the fog of confusion descend over Manny's face. He was like "What the hell am I in the ring with?"
