Point being, I'll take a grizzled 50s legend over a pampered diva any day. And yes, this match should be just an exhibition. AND it cheapens the sport to make it anything besides an exhibition.

Too much is made of the record. Julio Cesar Chavez went way past 50-0 before losing, and Willie Pep was 62-0 before losing his first fight. Marciano was a great fighter and would be in any era. As for Mayweather, a great boxer but no way he's really undefeated, not after losing to Castillo in the first fight and debatable decisions against Oscar and Maidana (I).
