Acknowledging he needs to change everything is a start. Seeing that through is going to be very hard. Stop trying to be a celebrity and thin the entourage to no more than ten. Including cornermen and family, at all times. If he hasn't been humbled and can't knuckle down by now then he never will. The problem in America is everyone wants to be like Floyd Mayweather Jr. and be with Al Haymon. He needs to up his volume punching and improve his stamina. His style would be effective at all levels with more direction from a respected trainer and more effort from himself.
