He's getting a guaranteed paycheck, why should he care? He doesn't have to compete for PPV dollars. I'll be watching the Cotto fight...a real fight...and if anything compelling should happen between Floyd/Conor, I'll catch it on Youtube the next day.

Ummm........I'm going to take a wild guess and say maybe because people are fans of his and they enjoy watching his fights and style of fighting. And because they haven't seen him in the ring since November 2015 and with this being his last year people want to see his last fights in the ring.

In all seriousness, I am. I prefer to watch Cotto in a real fight that will likely be far more entertaining than the circus. I am not playing when I say I have no desire to see Floyd/Conor. I predict there will be a lot of buyer's remorse when this thing is over. Be sure and tell us about all the boos from the restless crowd when they realize they've been duped again by The Best Excuses ever!
