The only challenged he's turned down was against Margarito, and that's because he's hoping for a 20 million dollar pay day with Oscar.

It's a meaningless title since you can apparently keep it without fighting the best fighters available to you for four years, fighting Mickey Ward and Kostya Tszyu's leftovers. I honestly think p4p rankings should be restricted to championship fighters, not showcase fighters. Floyd hasn't been involved in a true, recognized championship fight in god knows how long.

But yes, he is a skilled fighter. Too bad he likes to prove it against leftovers and losers rather than true champions.

If Pound for Pound rankings were specific to genuine title holders, you'd be hard pressed to find ten to even rank.
