Yeah like he always wanted to fight Golovkin. LOL I hope Monroe stops him!

No way he fights Jacobs before a unification fight (for probably more money).

This guy is full of *****. Jacobs is ranked. He could have fought him now.

Saunders vs Jacobs will be a nice fight. I only hope he walks the talk.

If he's serious, this would work out perfectly. Then if he beats Jacobs, Saunders-GGG/Canelo suddenly becomes mouthwatering. That becomes a great fight instead of just the last fight for GGG/Canelo to get the last belt. Or if Jacobs wins, then that rematch or fight with Canelo is for all the belts, and it doesn't have to take up an extra date (in other words, if GGG wins, he wouldn't need to waste one date getting the belt, and then another date rematching Jacobs. He'd have a chance to do both in one fight, which would speed up his move to 168, which is what we all want to see).

So I definitely hope it happens. Or Saunders-Charlo in December so long as it's mandated winner has to fight GGG-Canelo winner next. Or they could strip Saunders and have Jacobs and Charlo fight for the belt in December. In theory that would be even better, winner fights GGG/Canelo winner, but that should only happen if Saunders refuses to fight one of them. Otherwise it's not fair to Saunders, even if it would probably be better for the division.

Of course he says this when Jacobs is planned to go early October. Why not when neither had other plans and Jacobs said he'd fight you in September?

Yeah.. I don't believe a word BJS says. After how successful Danny was vs. Golovkin, there's no chance that BJS will want to get into the ring with him for no reward.

Why all the hate for Billy Joe? He was signed to fight GGG, in Gennady's backyard, in I believe June or July. And GGG pulled out with alleged "soreness" and then signed to fight Canelo. And this was after Billy Joe had paid his mandatory a step aside fee. To be fair, I had no desire to see GGG-Saunders, I'm glad Gennady did what he did, and would have done the same thing myself. That said, Billy Joe can't be blamed for the top guy pulling out of a fight.
