They don't speak english in ukraine,very little amount of people do, and you can literally bribe the police there very easy, and i also doubt bilhorod police department have a website there, and you can't certainly not find it because you won't find that **** unless you know the cyrillic alphabet and can speak ukrainian or russian

I was able to pause it when the number says 206 - the screenshot is not blurry and you can see it says km/h. It's only 140 mph, I've done worse in college.
