one mile is 1.6 kms.

so you just need to divide 230/1.6

you also need to change to the metic system like everyone else In the world.

I know both systems because I was raised in the DR and believe me, the only place on earth where you drive KM/h, buy Galons of gasoline, quarters of oil and liters of water. LOL.

You also use, centimeters, meters, inches and feet. So go figure!
