Why was Crawford able to become undisputed so fast AFTER MOVING UP?

Why are you so emotional again? Answering your question, Crawford didnt have as many roadblocks as Golovkin, but still didnt get the fights at first.Yet GGG has been at the same weight his entire damn career and took all these step aside deals while claiming to want all the belts? Crawford walked in a damn division and took every damn thing!!!!!!!!! No talking just all action!!!!!!! THATS THE REAL BIGDRAMASHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In an interview they wanted to fight Troyanovsky first, but they choose Indongo. After that they tried to make a fight against Burns again, but Burns choose Indongo.
If Troya or Burns would have beaten Indongo, I'm pretty sure they would have avoided Crawford, because they were able to fill stadiums back home.
Indongo doesnt have the opportunity to fight back home for good money, so he has to take the fights he gets offered overseas. I read he got about 1 million to fight Crawford. With 1 million you would never be able to get Saunders, Jacobs or Canelo to fight against Golovkin.
Postol was with TopRank at the time, so it wasnt an difficult fight to make.Comment

He moved up into a division that was transitioning from good to one of if not the worst division in boxing.Yet GGG has been at the same weight his entire damn career and took all these step aside deals while claiming to want all the belts? Opportunity counts man. If Golovkin had got in with Arum on the ground floor instead of the dirtbags at Universum don't you think his career trajectory would have been a bit different? Instead he gets ****ed over by his first promoter who waste half his career and then tries to reinvent himself in the US but signs with K2 who have basically zero US presence or influence. Damn lucky for GGG that HBO got behind him cos otherwise he mighta sank without a trace.Yet GGG has been at the same weight his entire damn career and took all these step aside deals while claiming to want all the belts? Also how often does it happen that there's a set of circumstances like Indongos arise - a nonaligned guy snatching 2 titles in such a short space of time and being willing to fight at the drop of a hat. Taking nothing away from Crawford, but frankly he got lucky that the cards fell like they did - props to him for having the ability to take advantage of his good fortune. In boxing opportunity counts just as much as ability. And Golovkin's 'step asides'? Well... if he hadn't stepped aside for Cotto and he had been gifted the WBC belt at that time, would you have been anymore impressed than when Canelo dropped it in his lap?Comment

Regarding GGG's step aside "deals" .. he accepted one, in his whole career, from Cotto, who wasn't going to fight Golovkin instead of Canelo whether he took the money or not.
I like what Breadman said in one of his mailbags about step aside deals ... "Any fighter who turns down an offer to get paid twice for the same fight is crazy"Comment

That and the fact none of the other belt holders at JW were divas with huge fan bases like Cotto and Canelo, or deliberately waiting for Crawford to hit 35 yo before agreeing to fight him, like BJS did with GGG.People been ducking lil g like the plague. If he didn't pay the step aside money these clowns would just vacate, it's the only chance he had. He'll destroy the diva in less than a month's time putting that discussion to rest. Crawford is a very special talent who is underrated and had a series of guys not afraid to face him because people think well "he can't be THAT good" but he IS that good; by the time they face him, it's too late.Comment

Crawford's run through 140 wasn't a difficult one as it pertains to making world title / Unification fights. He unified the division within a 2 year span which is unheard of these days. GGG tried unifying the IBF in 2012-2013 but nobody wanted any part of him (Sturm, Barker, Soliman, etc). He didn't unify with IBF until Lemieux won the vacant title and they fought that next Fall. As far as the WBO, Peter Quillin, Andy Lee, Saunders have been the 3 champs of the last 4-5 years and neither wanted a part of him either. So then the WBC is left and between Martinez saying "No thanks", Cotto saying "No Thanks", and Canelo finally being the nice guy saying "Here...you can have it", THEN GGG had 3 of the 4 major titles not including the Ring / Lineal (if you technically consider it as one of the straps).
Truthfully, The best case scenario for the titles to be fully unified is GGG winning next month and fighting Saunders for all the marbles after. If Canelo wins he'll take the WBA / IBF, Saunders is still WBO champ (if he doesn't lose to Monroe) and the WBC will be vacant with Jermall Charlo and Danny Jacobs likely fighting for the belt (Jermall and Danny are #1-2 in WBC rankings).Comment

Because there is a coward across the pond by the name of Saunders who won't fight him, he's holding that last piece of the title hostage.Comment
