Yea that was what they were saying out of the gate. But the thing I just posted is from 9 days ago & Dana has went back on what he previously said.

I just read it. Looks like UFC was staying away from it cause of the ali act and was just gonna take a managers cut from conor but conor gets the money in his hand first and he has to cut UFC a check but now they thinking they found a loop hole in the ali act and now want to be a "lesser" co promoter that way they get the $$$$ first and they cut mcgregor his check and they can legall take up to 1/3 so if mcgregor gets 100million the UFC can keep 33.3 Million of it.

You really try to defend the dignity of UFC a lot. They don't have anything to do with it. It's Boxing man. We had a pretty lengthy debate about how Boxing always blows UFC out of the water with ticket sales, PPV, but you just don't like to hear it.

I think they're concerned with getting too involved due to fear of accidentally falling under the Ali act, which they are desperately trying to avoid in MMA.

You also notice that for all intents and purposes this is a PBC event, at least its much more a PBC event than a UFC event, and there is no PBC branding around either..

this has absolutely nothing to do with PBC lmfao, its a Mayweather promotion event hosted by showtime.
