Lucky punches in boxing are a myth, Any fighter who lost via a lucky punch, either made a mistake in the fight, or make mistakes in training camp, didn't train properly or underestimated the opponent. That's why the best man will always win on the night.

i think it's somewhat true.. but i have to add that a lot of the ko's are due to great match making. Danny vs Salka.. making fighter look like they're something they're not.. and getting the public to buy the hype.

IF Foney Mayrunner gets ko'd? Most likely a dive to make some $ on the "tax free" side.

IF Foney Mayrunner gets the KO? Most likely because he's in there with an overmatched, overhyped opponents. The usual! And his cult will scream "he's the TBE, look what he did to the face of MMA" and be proud of it.

Either way, boxing loses again August 26th.. rich and greedy people win..

Not trying to be unfair with MMA but there was never any argument or question of who the better fighting athletes are to begin with.

We'll be getting the live action version come Saturday. Man against boy. Professional against perpetrator. MMA is about to get Ronda Rousey'd. All that hot air is going to get frozen.

Conor did better than I expected. I thought he boxed well in the early rounds and those counter uppercuts were sweet. Floyd pretty much broke him in the 4th though and he was just playing with him after that. I knew Conor's conditioning would deteriorate rapidly simply because he's not used to boxing, and boxing technique gets really sloppy in MMA fights after a couple of hard rounds.

If you think that fight was on the level you think Floyd's entire career was phony.
