I had to see this piece of boxing history being made live, so I stayed up late to watch the show - about 4am UK time when Crawford/Indongo kicked off - and I couldn't believe the atmosphere in the stadium for Crawfords fight. I could actually feel the hair prickling on the back of my neck when he was coming down through his fans to the ring!

You would have to go back to the 1990's to find the last time a US boxing crowd generated an atmosphere like that in a stadium!

Will we see more undisputed title fights? I would say yes. Hopefully at MW next. I just hope the excitement and buzz generated by Crawford's fans sends ripples through the sport and more fighters and promotors realise that this is the way to go.
I'll definitely have to disagree with the bolded text.

Impressive, also for the fact that he's done it all in dominating fashion for the most part as well

Most boxers turn pro young and move up through the weight divisions naturally as they mature and get bigger.

With the intermediate weights we have in modern boxing, and 4 titles to go for in every division, winning one title in several divisions, as you get bigger, is really no more difficult than just winning the one.

But winning all the belts in one weight division proves you are the best man your size anywhere.
