I didn't say Canelo didn't win the Trout fight I just he wasn't dominant. I thought Golovkin beat Jacobs but it wasn't a dominant victory. Many of the top fighters have won and not been dominate (Ward, Mayweather in present time too).

No one who watched the Lara-Canelo fight came away impressed with either guy. Lara literally ran (and don't say that often) and Canelo couldn't for the life of him figure out how to cut off the ring. I didn't have a big issue with the decision though I'd probably have given it a draw.

I do have Golovkin winning by 10th round TKO. I'm very interested in the fight as we'll learn a whole lot more about both guys. Canelo has the chance IMO to finally accomplish something in the ring to measure up to his fame. He wins this and he'll be a Mexican legend IMO.
That's a very intelligent and thoughtful response.

I don't have no clue who will when this fight??? My money is on the over as you probably might have seen....

Even if either one is TKO'd doesn't make them a lesser boxer.

GGG has one of the best jabs in boxing, it's precise and does damage when he connects frequently, which he should since Canelo is a flat footed boxer. We'll see though, GGG's defense will need to be excellent, otherwise Canelo may win on points.
Agree with you on the timing and precision bearing speed. We just saw an example of that work Mikey and ab.. the thing is, canelo also had great timing and accuracy. That's what makes him such a good counter puncher. If ggg imposes his jab, he def will trouble canelo, but I think it's canelo the one that will use gggs jab against him and take it away early, by countering it. He too slow. Canelo has the speed, timing, precision, and boxing iq to be able todo this. I think ggg will have to go for the ko in the later rounds because canelo would of built a lead and the only way for ggg to win is by getting that ko.... when this happens, it can also be dangerous for ggg and he may end up getting ko'd. Fun fight no question!

You have never seen Canelo box have you???
I have seen you make this point multiple times, here's a thought. When canelo, or any fighter for that matter, is in the pocket, all you need is 1-2 steps to set and unload which is what he does. Canelo is not the type to be elusive with his feet, but he is elusive work his waist. All this nonsense about canelos footwork sucking is just that.... nonsense. He had good feet, enough to get him in range and unload those combos which he is great at, usually ending those combos with a body shot, which in my opinion, is canelos key to victory... the body

How about this? Loser has to post any pic the winner wants for a month and can't go AWHOL??? Has to post at least every few days..They also have to change their signature to wherever also. And they can change the pic/signature whenever they want within those 30 days.

                Deal?
Sure. I will however reserve the right to call it a draw if Canelo is knocked down before round 9, and he retires, gets tko, whatever, after. Then nobody wins.

I think it is more accurate to say..... timing usually beats speed, IF the two fighters are of equal ability

keeping that in mind, and considering what you said about Golovkin's jab.....

I agree, but..... GGG is not fast, and Canelo has GREAT timing

that right-hand over the top that sparked Khan is a thing of beauty

I know that Chavez/Khan are not Golovkin, who is MUCH better than both..... but, Canelo has GREAT timing

he also excellent defence, an under-rated skillset, and more importantly..... a good pedigree and experience, he has faced guys with great jabs

but yea good call, pretty **** on there

I think that fight will be a lot closer than people think, and the winner will be a sore boy

not sure if it will be the war that people think, not early anyways, but it should be a great fight..... and I think it will go to a decision

there likely won't be much in it..... but this is a young man's game, and I knew that Canelo would be stronger at middleweight

wouldn't bet a dollar on that fight

Apparently getting outboxed by angulo makes you p4p top 20.
