Gvozdyk has the same problem as Indongo does, he punches wide and often slow, and he moves his head back and over the center line a lot, just waiting to be clipped. It's how Karpency got him, it's how Ward might get him if they fought. Gvozdyk vs Barrera for the fall would be a much more competitive fight than Kovalev-Barrera, and would tell us if Gvozdyk is really above that level or not. I suspect he is but he has some significant flaws. Obviously he's better than Indongo but he has flaws. Kovalev and Bivol are both better I think. Gvozdyk does have a nice reach on him though, that's his one x-factor if you can really call it that, the good reach and good not great power. Besides that, I see some major flaws.

He's 30 already and is still getting babied.

      I see why.

Soon as he steps up it's lights out.
Crawford is amazing and maybe the best fighter in the world. But he has taken his time and even taken rounds off against several fighters in the early parts of his bouts.
