Much more competitive fight now, could see it going either way. This could end up being the big break Ugas has been looking for

I am sorry to hear about his loss but what ever happened to his title elimination bout with Danny Garcia for Keith Thurman's WBC title? I knew that fight would be too risky for the cherry picking fighter coined and B.K.A. Better known as the "Gift".

This could be huge for Ugas, since his comeback he was fed to jamal james, perella and the werewolf and beat all of them, his last fight was on a 24 hrs notice, he seems to spend all the time in the gym, could be a better fight than porter-dulorme

Ugas Vs Dulorme is a better matched fight. Dulorme is to fragile to hang with Porter for 12 rounds. Porter would have mauled him until he could not go on. He moved down to 140 after he lost to abregu, because he was too small. Wasnt the smartest idea to fight against the most physical guy at 147 in Porter.

I like Ugas. The guy lost 2 times in a row. One against Amir Iman and since then he upsetted two decent prospects and beat a fringe contender in gheva.... wolfman.

WBC didn't order the fight yet they were waiting for after the Dulorme fight.

I think he would have helped Mayweather sell more PPV's carrying the preliminaries. It would have gotten people in watch fights mode and would have carried over to PPV buys. Now the whole mayweather PPV will be a complete failure and nobody will buy it because Showtime Porter isn't fighting

Sorry to hear of the family loss. Reminded of the Douglas/Tyson fight... Busters Mom passed just a few days before the fight, and he ended up having his best performance ever. But in Porters case, he likely did the right thing. Hope to see him in the ring again this fall.
