LOL. The thing is he does seem to punch hard with 4oz gloves (does that transfer to 8oz gloves? idk) cuz he puts mfers down in MMA like few others, but that heavy bag work was some weird ass sh^t.

I've never watched his MMA training all that much so idk if this is how he's working usually or not. There is this new breed of cats which think you learn in the gym & never go at 100% on anything (some of them don't even spar anymore I've heard or greatly limit sparring), but in the fight you fight like your life is on the line. Idk if Conor is one of those types of cats or not.

LOL Mcgregor couldn't ko a 4 year old girl with those punches. Obviously this wasn't a real workout. It was a nervous system warmup. Theres a difference. He came back to the gym 4 hours after this for the real workout.

I don't know how anyone who calls themselves an adult or intelligent could watch that video and make a direct comparison. Conor is clearly going light on that work out.
