There are so many little nuances boxing a novice simply has no idea about and is only learned with experience. The first time i ever sparred i realized just how hard it was to keep your hands up when you got tired. Connor obviously know's about that but there are other things that creep up on you that you only begin to understand with experience.

You can read every book ever made about how to drive a car, know exactly what everything does and how it works and think you know what to do, but when you get in for the first time and try to drive its a different story.
