They'd be mad to approve it. If it was two seasoned professionals, and there was a genuine necessity to request it, then maybe. But to allow it when the best fighter of this generation is fighting a guy with no professional boxing record, that would be crazy.
I mean, what if Mayweather ends up destroying the guy and he has long lasting effects? They'd get dragged through the courts and made to pay up. What if it was worse? NSAC could be looking at a charge of corporate manslaughter.
