Is PED use in boxing universally accepted - just don't talk about it?

How does an article saying Pacquiao-Bradley won't be using VADA prove they go above and beyond?

    NSAC is commission testing.

VADA follows the same rules as USADA. You said they go beyond, I asked for a source that shows this.

Does Floyd still pay USADA? It seems like that is a HUGE conflict of interest? \

UFC pays usada for testing... not the fighters

I don't think it's accepted at all. It's frowned upon, but it's going on no doubt. A lot of people say just allow them, but some boxers just don't want to use PEDS for ethical or health reasons, so if it ever was allowed you'll always have some doped boxer facing an undoped boxer, cue the excuses, "I lost because he was on PEDs and I refuse...". More stringent tests, randomised testing and severe penalties is the answer.

Yes. And VADA, WADA, UKADA etc are the latest forms of alphabet organisations. "If you pay and promote us we will pass you off as clear."

Would it be possible for boxing to implement something like the UFC did?

How does boxing currently test fighters? Is it different for each fight? Is it not year round testing?

            Does floyd still pay USADA?

The drug testing has greatly improved! (Mike Tyson was the first athlete in boxing, to implement Olympic styled drug testing for his rematch against Evander Holyfield! Which kind of proves that Evander Holyfield was a clean athlete, because he was in immense shape for that fight! Infact in my opinion both Mike Tyson & Evander Holyfield for that fight where probably the most conditioned heavyweight fighters of all time! They where so well matched, and they even weighed in at exactly the same weight! That fight could of been the greatest heavyweight fight ever, if Mike Tyson had not imploded! The speed and intensity of both fighters in the opening rounds was like watching two big middle-weight fighters!)...

Here's the thing, no one knows who is and isn't clean unless they are caught. Anybody who thinks for sure their guy Floyd, Pac, Golovkin, Ward or anyone else is clean is just because you are a fan. I'd like to hope they all are clean but I have no idea. I can't even worry about it because there's nothing I can do. We've seen it in every sport and I'm sure boxing is no different. Unfortunately everyone who stands out is going to come under scrutiny. Personally about the only guy who I'm sure in my mind did it was was JMM (also one of my favorite fighters of all time). I've been around the stuff and seen enough athletes to see his body transformation in the last Pac fight was too much. That looked like an obvious case of PED use. But hey maybe I'm wrong and maybe it was all legit.

USADA throws away samples. You'll never see any agency tasked to prove guilt or innocence throw away evidence. These samples don't even need huge rooms to store them. That right there is proof this agency have things to hide.

You surely have seen cold cases depicted on tv being brought to life and solved eventually. Have you seen any of those bits and pieces of evidence thrown away?
