I'm not sure if you're from the UK, but basically the Irish are the victim of a lot of jokes around these parts in relation to them being a bit simple/dumb.

I think most of his fandom come from patriotism and the fact that he's Irish. They barely know the difference between boxing and MMA. That sounds why they keep mentioning this so called right-hand.
