Lol. You've tried that trick before, you snake. That was Sulaiman was giving the WBC's ruling on a petition for a modified purse split from Huck. It was the WBC ruling on that particular case, not a general rule which applies in every case.

Look ... if you're correct about this, you can prove it very easily by finding the rule you are talking about in the "Rules" section of the WBC website and posting it here.

If the WBC have that rule, it will be there, in black and white. Agreed?
