I agree with this, it was technically a knockdown. He was in a bad position and was hit with a left (maybe an uppercut?)

But the "video" showed some sloppy bolo punches from McGregor (that straight left was nasty though) and Malinaggi also looked like crap.

I wouldn't say Malinaggi was "lit up" because the "video" isn't even ten seconds long.

I didn't see any kind of left hand. The only left hand he threw Paulie ducked in that exchange. He dragged him down or Paulie was already falling down because of his positioning if anything. If you have to wince that hard for a for Knockdown from a punch, it's not a knockdown.
