Floyd's trying to build a fighter. At this particular time they don't need Loma to build up Tank. They won't come to Arum until they have leverage to negotiate on their terms. It happens all the time when you have a blue chip prospect. Canelo, Floyd, Leo Santa Cruz, GGG, Thurman, and others have all been built up the same way.

yeah, this year hes gonna end 2017 having fought jacobs and canelo. how awful. he needs to fight a legit opponent, hes a cherry picker!
