Desperate times, call for desperate measures..

Like how in Golf, there is such a thing as handicapping players to even the playing field.

Now Floyd needs to promote this fight like Conor has a chance, by giving Conor that chance of a lucky punch with 8 ounce gloves. Since, the Golden goose has told NSAC to allow it. It should be easy to get this done, afterall, Nsac did give him a TUE 2 weeks after the Pac fight. Anything is possible in Vegas. Infact, I'll be surprised if this doesn't push through, knowing damn well NSAC can approve a cricus show as a sanctioned fight is the lowest of low NSAC can go. 8 oz gloves should be easy.

Paulie just gave Floyd the inside scoop about Conor. Pauline said Conor's mid section can't take punches. And Paulie is about ethics lol Now Floyd wants 8oz to get that body punches to hurt on Conor.

Either way, 8oz is the way to go. It would benefit both men. If Nsac didn't approve this. It only means one thing. Floyd didn't really approve it in the first place and is all an act, coz I really don't see any reason to deny this request unless, Floyd is just creating a fake illusion of bravado.

Whoever said that was mistaken. The commission said the rule is 10 oz., but that they can petition to have 8 oz gloves, and the commission can vote on an exemption - which they apparently will.

What's the deal?

A. You can be 100% sure that if mayweather is doing this, he believes it will benefit him (which it will).

B. The size of conors head is totally irrelevant (and it is any bigger or harder than Canelos, Cotto's, DeLahoya's, etc.)

C. Floyd has hurt, and even broken, his hands during fights, and he never showed any inkling of quit.

But let's say that it did happen.... yeah that would suck. Im looking forward to seeing conor get humbled.

I love how the Hard Core fans say this fight will not sell. I can not remember the last time I have heard so many people that do not watch boxing at all talk about boxing. Weather you think this fight is a joke or not it is going to sell come fight night. The date picked for the fight is perfect, and so many non boxing people I talk to mention it to me first because I follow boxing so close. The hype of the fight is real. They may have placed the price really high on tickets at the arena but it will sell out. And the PPV will shatter records. People need to stop the bashing, this is good for boxing. I think the more an more I think about it the people that say the Irishman is going to get blown out are speaking the truth, but to say the guy doesn't have a 1% chance are ******. The first 3 rounds are going to be insane, after that the fight will settle into what Floyd does best. But the punchers chance is always there for a Awkard and bigger guy. Enjoy and stop bashing
