Yep, that would be the best scenario.

Can't imagine either wanting to fight him that soon though. He's very high risk-low reward right now.

      He did knock down Groves.

Because Floyd has a pretty well established history of stacking his undercards for his PPVs, today at least goes back as far as when Floyd owned his own show.

Mayweather-McGregor, Davis-Martinez, Cleverly-Jack, and a fourth fight for the PPV, with Porter-Dulorme and a second fight as the lead-in on FOX.

6 televised fights for one event.

I'd much rather see Bivol Vs. Jack.
Because Cleverly has a belt and although Bivol is still waiting for the winner, that gives the belt holder a chance at getting Andre Ward in the near future.

Stevenson-Alvarez settles the WBC, Beterbiev-Koelling gets the IBF shot and likely first fight after full unification, and the wba champion gets the shot after that.

Not even that man, WBA only ordered Cleverly/Bivol less than 2 weeks ago when they see how long it was taking for Cleverly and Jack to make a deal. This whole things a ****-up by all involved.

Bivol is dumb if he steps aside. Guys will duck him in the future which will delay his career for years, so why start off by delaying it even more now?
