There has never been an eastern European guy who became a star in boxing in the USA. That's a fact Loma is incredible but he'll have a great career but never be a star

Because there haven't been that many exciting fighters. Vlad was a terrible watch. If your an exciting fighter you can come from anywhere though it easier for certain ethnic groups. But really how many stars are there in boxing in the last 15 years that actually were big outside of boxing; Pac and Mayweather? Before that you'd have to go back to Roy Jones? Who am I missing.

It will be tough for Loma to be a star. He doesn't have Pac's power to just dazzle with his power. I think Mayweather benefited tremendously from being the villian and he was incredibly fortunate how many fighters that had big fan bases that fell into his lap (ODLH, Pac, Cotto, even Gatti, Hatton, Mosley). Pac benefitted from that too.

lol no idea dude. I find it hella of weird that no ratings were released for any of the golden boys cards on espn. Pbc and tr ratings on espn are always released. Leads me to believe oscar doesn't want the #s out there for what-ever reason.

i actually had an argument about this topic with someone... It seems gb has put a gag order on boxing scene thats why they never release numbers.... Pbc on fox sports and showtime are always released... I bet oscar is part owner in boxing scene...
